Production

Once they arrive at the factory, the plums are washed, passed through a calibrator that removes the smallest fruit, pass through an inspection strip and are automatically stacked on slats for drying.

Once the drying process is complete, the prunes are put into intermediate storage.

There they remain for a minimum of 3 weeks to even out their moisture content.

Then the rehydration process and removal of the pits begins.

The pits are removed one by one, thus further controlling the quality of the final product.

The pitted prunes are treated with potassium sorbate and packed in 10 kg cartons.

On the local market, the company also offers 200 and 400 g packages.
